Stacie Banks

Stacie Banks joined The Crone Law Group in January 2007. Ms. Banks brings 14 years collective experience with two stock transfer agencies, as a fully bonded and SEC registered stock transfer agent. During her employment at Interwest Transfer Co., Inc., Ms. Banks specialized in reviewing legal transactions, corporate record keeping, securities processing and investor relations. Ms. Banks has an Associates Degree from Stevens-Henager College of Business in Provo, Utah and is continuing her education at San Francisco State University.
