Mr. Coffino is a veteran litigation attorney who has advised CEOs, Board of Directors, audit committees, executive management, and General Counsels of Fortune 100 public companies, global investment funds and broker-dealers. His areas of expertise include securities, corporate governance, trademark, trade secret, real estate and workout, land use, employment and environmental.

Mr. Coffino is a former partner of international firms Reed Smith and Heller Ehrman.
