Matthew Z. Chang

Matthew Chang's practice focuses in the areas of corporate and securities laws. He has represented emerging and established public and private companies on a variety of matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private placements of equity and debt securities, registered offerings of securities and general business matters.

Prior to joining The Crone Law Group, Mr. Chang worked at Troy & Gould, P.C. in Los Angeles, California, Rutan & Tucker, LLP in Costa Mesa, California and McDermott Will & Emery in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. Chang was also a law clerk for the Honorable Sterling Johnson, Jr. of the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Chang received his B.S. in biology from the University of Redlands in 1991, M.A. in energy and environmental studies from Boston University in 1993 and J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1998.

Mr. Chang is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese and is admitted to practice law in California, Massachusetts and New York.
