Mark E. Crone
Mr. Crone is the managing partner of the Crone Law Group. He has practiced corporate and securities law since 1995 and is admitted to practice law in California and Connecticut. Mr. Crone has extensive experience with representing micro-cap and small-cap publicly traded companies as well as emerging growth and established private companies. Mr. Crone has been active in all legal aspects of representing private and publicly traded companies, from assisting them with executing and developing their business plan to listing their securities on a national exchange. He plays a strategic role for clients by assisting in securing and structuring equity and debt offerings, PIPEs, convertible debentures, venture capital and mezzanine financing.
Since graduation from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1995, Mr. Cone worked at Baker, Manock & Jensen in Fresno, California and Palmieri Tyler Wiener Wilhelm & Waldron in Irvine, California before commencing practice on his own. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Crone has served as a managing member of Smart Art Itinerary, LLC, a privately held California limited liability company since March 1999.
Mr. Crone earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, in Santa Clara, California.
