Alisande M. Rozynko

Ms. Rozynko, specializes in corporate and securities matters, including the representation of issuers in public offerings, reverse mergers, PIPES and private placement financing transactions. Ms. Rozynko has extensive experience in representing public companies. Her practice includes all aspects of company representation, including corporate governance, SEC compliance, 1934 Act issues, public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.

In 2004 Ms. Rozynko formed Crone Rozynko, LLP with Mark Crone and continues with the firm as Senior Counsel. From 1994 to 2004, Ms. Rozynko was an attorney and partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC where she practiced corporate law with particular emphasis on federal and state securities regulatory matters, representing start-up and mature companies. Ms. Rozynko has a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. with high honors from the University of California at Berkeley.
